“I met Jenny through viewing a property I was interested in that was being sold by Wits. It was an open house and I had asked my current realtor to meet me there but they never showed up. I spoke with Jenny while at the open house and she asked me more about what I was looking for, and she went out of her way to disclose her position as the seller's realtor and that I didn't have to reveal certain things to her a potential buyer, which I really appreciated (and did not even know as a new buyer).

Jenny and Matt are super detail oriented and knowledgeable about so many different aspects of homes, and were willing and able to not only know about things but educate me as well so I could start recognizing things the more homes we went to. Jenny was also super well connected with lots of resources, any time I'd ask about anything from insulation to electrical to inspections, Jenny would say that she has a person for that, making it feel less overwhelming to navigate the other aspects of buying a home. I am interested in older homes, and Jenny even recommended a couple places in town that have old fixtures, woodwork, and hardware in case I needed to add or replace something!
