STANDARD CLIENT TRANSACTIONS
80 / 20 Split
$16,000 Annual Cap
Keep 80% of your commission until you reach our low $16,000 annual cap. Once capped, you transition immediately to 100% commission for the remainder of your anniversary year.
PERSONAL INVESTMENT TRANSACTIONS
100% Split
$0 Broker Cut
Keep 100% of your commission on your personal property acquisitions. We actively encourage our agents to build real estate portfolios and never take a cut of your personal wealth building.
Fee Transparency: $175 / month Agent Success Fee (paid out of commissions). Optional $350 Client Success Manager Fee per transaction when using full admin coordination.
