Nate joined the Wits Team in May of 2017 and started by working on the construction crew. Over the course of the next few summers, he changed roles countless times and became the go-to "do it" man. If something needed to be done, give Nate a call.

Through the variety of roles he took on, Nate caught a glimpse of the diversity in Real Estate and how he could be a part of it.

Nate is helping to build an additional branch of Wits and is operating as Asset Manager and Accountant for Wits Property Management. His experience on the construction crew has shown to be a valuable resource to his clients in both roles.

With his background in Accounting, Nate has learned to appreciate the financial benefits that accompany owning a home and loves to explore Real Estate options for both investors and individuals alike.
